A Franklin man accused of receiving drugs in the post has been granted bail.

Police arrested Emin Yavuz, 24, on Wednesday after intercepting a package of drugs bound for Civic post office.
Mr Yavuz applied for bail when he appeared before the ACT Magistrates Court on Thursday on charges of importing a marketable quantity of amphetamine and attempting to possess the drug.
The court heard Customs discovered a package containing 50 grams of amphetamine bound for a Canberra post office box on November 27.
The drug was replaced by an inert substance, delivered and collected on December 9.
A police informant said CCTV captured Mr Yavuz picking up the package from the post office.
Police raided his Franklin home and allegedly discovered fake drivers' licenses, 11 post box keys, and consignment and tracking numbers. One licence was in a name used to hire the Civic post office box, the court heard.
The police informant said two other post boxes had been identified, but officers were still investigating outstanding post boxes and the consignment numbers.
The prosecution opposed the accused's bail application, arguing he was a flight risk, could interfere with evidence and could reoffend if released.
The court heard police feared Mr Yavuz could tamper with evidence, such as outstanding packages, if released on bail.
But defence lawyer Shane Gill said any attempt to take delivery of an item would be an ''extreme risk'' for his client.
Mr Gill argued that risk had been overcome when police seized items that could be used as a resource to interfere with the investigation.
A Commonwealth prosecutor, Katrina Musgrove, said police investigations could be hampered by the Christmas period, with Australia Post and courier companies over-run by material requiring delivery.
Ms Musgrove said it was not known how many more packages, if any, were in transit, and no bail conditions could cover the risk of the accused interfering with undiscovered evidence.
Chief Magistrate Lorraine Walker granted Mr Yavuz bail on the condition he reside in Mawson.
He will reappear in January.
