The Canberra Print Centre won the top gong in the Print Centre of the Year category.
Print centre manager Jon Clarke said the award, announced at a ceremony in Sydney on Wednesday night, looked at a range of criteria including technical excellence, health and safety, and innovation.
"It's a good award to win. Especially for a site that's 21 years old," he said.
The awards recognise excellence in publishing, photography and newspaper production, and attracted entrants across Australia, New Zealand and Asia.
Canberra Times photographer Rohan Thomson was also recognised as the joint winner of the metropolitan newspaper portrait photography prize.
