They said officers executed a search warrant at the Narrabundah property on November 3 following a "lengthy investigation".
"Police seized quantities of seeds, green vegetable matter, clear liquid, a white crystalline substance and a variety of drug paraphernalia," ACT Policing said in a statement on Tuesday afternoon.
A 59-year-old Narrabundah man will face court in early 2018, for various drug related offences, they said.
