Juswan Mokmargana, 45, pleaded not guilty in May to using Stilnox to poison a person with intent to cause discomfort.
He returned to the ACT Magistrates Court on Tuesday when he was also charged with attempted sexual intercourse without consent and administering a declared substance unauthorised.
Mokmargana pleaded not guilty to both charges in front of Magistrate Peter Morrison.
The court heard all three charges stemmed from the night of Saturday, April 9.
Police previously said in a statement the woman had noticed a strange substance in her glass and started to feel unwell.
She allegedly told staff at the Civic venue, who reviewed CCTV footage and phoned police shortly before 10pm.
The woman was taken to Canberra Hospital for a medical examination.
Police said Mokmargana was taken to the ACT watchhouse and later charged.
Mokmargana's case was set down for a contested committal hearing, which will focus on the attempted rape charge, in August.
His bail was continued.
