The second man charged with the December murder of Canberra man Bobby Stuart Allan has pleaded not guilty.

Colin Maxwell Booth, 33, appeared briefly in the ACT Magistrates Court on Friday morning.
He pleaded not guilty to the charge and will return to court on May 3. He did not apply for bail.
Mr Allan, 48, died in the front yard of a Goodenia Street home in Rivett, metres from his own on December 17.
Criminal Investigations Superintendent Scott Moller told media on Friday morning that more suspects could be charged over the death.
"There's a number of avenues that we're pursuing, and there's a number of persons of interest that we're still looking at," he said.
Superintendent Moller thanked the public for their assistance during the investigation, and asked anyone with further information to contact Crime Stoppers.
Dean Phillip Welsh, 49, was charged with the murder of Mr Allan on February 1 and also pleaded not guilty.
