Senior NSW bureaucrat to investigate agencies' handling of family violence after death of Bradyn Dillon

A board of inquiry into how Canberra's child protection agencies handle family violence will be headed by former director-general of the NSW Justice Department Laurie Glanfield, Attorney-General Simon Corbell said on Monday.
