It is little over a year to the day since Jasmyne Spencer broke Canberra United's hearts in a W-League semi-final, and now she is looking to flip the script.

Then playing for Sydney FC, Spencer nailed a controversial match-winner to end Canberra's W-League title defence one game short of the 2015-16 decider.
She is now on the other side of the fence for United's semi-final clash with Melbourne City at Canberra Stadium on Sunday.
Now the chance to do something similar to send Canberra into the big dance has Spencer licking her lips in excitement.
"Hopefully I can do it again this time in green and put us in the grand final," Spencer said.
Melbourne City's incredible 18-match unbeaten run saw them claim the title in their maiden season, and many were anticipating a similar story this year after they disposed of United 2-1 in round one.
Spencer promised this weekend's return bout at Canberra Stadium would be a different story given how much United has grown as a squad throughout the season.
"I think the biggest thing is just the relationships we developed on the field," Spencer said.
"You know that game I think we had maybe two trainings with our full squad, and we've got 12-13 weeks under our belt together so it's great."
City's remarkable streak was eventually snapped by 15-year-old United rookie Karly Roestbakken in December and since then they have fallen back with the rest of the pack.
But United's Stephanice Ochs said while Canberra are in their "best form", they can't afford to take City lightly with a spot in the grand final on offer.
"We still look at them as a very good team regardless of the results that have been happening," Ochs said.
"It's going to be a really good game, it's going to be very competitive. I think they're one of our biggest competitors in this league so it's going to be a good one.
"We've always taken the season one game at a time, so we're just focused on this weekend and putting all of our energy into getting a good result. I feel like if you look too far ahead you kind of overlook the upcoming game so I think we're pretty focused for this weekend."
Coach Rae Dower says "it would be a miracle" if co-captain Michelle Heyman made her return from injury in the semi-final.
Heyman has recently returned to training after an ankle injury sidelined the Matildas star late in December.
