Passengers on a Emirates international flight to Brisbane last month are being warned of measles after a person on the plane was deemed infectious while flying.

Queensland Health has warned passengers on the EK 430 flight from Dubai on Monday, February 26 to be alert for signs of measles while they made efforts to contact each of them personally.
Any visitors or guests who were at the Brisbane Marriott Hotel between February 26 and 27 should also check for symptoms.
This is the fourth case of a measles outbreak alert since January.
Measles is one of the most infectious of all communicable diseases and is spread by tiny droplets formed through coughing and sneezing whilst unwell and infectious.
A Queensland Health spokeswoman said the initial symptoms of measles, included fever, lethargy, runny nose, moist cough and sore and red eyes.
"This is followed a few days later by a blotchy, red rash which often starts on the face and then becomes widespread over the body," she said.
"Measles can be a serious illness with complications including pneumonia and encephalitis which can be fatal.
"The symptoms usually start around 10 days after contact with the infectious person, but is known to occur between seven and 18 days after contact."
The spokeswoman said a medical practitioner should be called first if they suspected they had measles.
"This is an important reminder to people who were on this flight and are uncertain of their immunity to measles, to be alert for symptoms and present to your GP early if you become unwell," she said.
Queensland Health recommends anyone born during or since 1966 who has not been vaccinated or had proven to have measles, should visit their doctor for a vaccination.
The vaccine is free for anyone who requires it.
