A Queensland Rail investigation into the death of a woman in Brisbane's east has uncovered CCTV footage showing all warning lights at the Lindum pedestrian crossing were operating at the time of the incident.

The woman, 70, was believed to have had her walking trolley get stuck as she crossed at the station as an outbound train approached on Tuesday evening.
She died at the scene.
A QR spokeswoman said the "full investigation" into the incident would continue.
“The Kianawah Road level crossing at Lindum is fitted with the highest level of protection, with flashing lights, boom arms, and warning signs on all approaches, in addition to a gated pedestrian crossing with audible alarms," she said.
“It is assessed every 96 hours to ensure it is operating as designed.
“Our thoughts are with the lady's family, our staff and customers who witnessed this terrible accident.”
Police described the object the woman was pushing as a “small trolley”, while Queensland Rail described it as “a walking aid”.
Police are preparing an investigation for a coroner’s inquiry into the woman’s death.
Witnesses have contacted Queensland Police after they issued a call for people who saw the incident to contact them.
The woman was killed when she was hit by an outbound express train on Tuesday evening about 5.10pm.
