ACT DPP says it doesn't have prosecutors for nearly 30 Magistrates Court cases

The ACT Director of Public Prosecutions launched a bid to abandon hearings for nearly 30 cases in the Magistrates Court before the end of the year, arguing a chronic lack of resources meant it didn't have enough prosecutors to run the matters.
