ACT government doesn't rule out pill testing as Greens continue calls

In a small potential shift in policy, the ACT Chief Minister Andrew Barr has not ruled out eventually introducing pill testing facilities in Canberra as the Greens called for the introduction of facilities to curb overdoses and raise drug awareness.
