Out-of-pocket costs to see Canberra GPs doubles as ACT's low bulk billing continues

The average out-of-pocket cost to see a general practitioner in Canberra has doubled over the past decade, from $19.10 to $40.38, despite bulk-billing rates in the national capital rising just over 6 per cent across that period.
