Police have caught the second of two men who escaped Canberra's jail after a week on the run.

ACT Policing said they found 21-year-old Jacob MacDonald in Narrabundah on Saturday morning.
"MacDonald was on remand for charges relating to property and burglary offences. He escaped from the Alexander Maconochie Centre on Friday, 2 September," police said.
"About 11am this morning, police arrested him without incident at a house in Narrabundah."
Police said they had also found Jessie Akers, one of MacDonald's associates. Police issued a photo of Ms Akers on Friday, and said she had not been seen since the two men escaped.
Earlier, the other man who escaped, Patrick McCurley, 28, was arrested after police stopped a car he was driving on Majura Road at Majura about 6pm Sunday.
ACT Policing had tracked down the car after they received a report from a member of the public who saw McCurley driving a blue Suzuki Swift in Weston Creek about 5pm.
McCurley was charged with a string of additional charges including escaping custody, aggravated dangerous driving and driving a stolen vehicle when he appeared before the ACT Magistrates Court on Monday.
Corrections Minister Shane Rattenbury has promised a full internal review after the escape, and said Corrections was reviewing all security controls in place across the facility.
Mr Rattenbury has not answered questions on how the escape occurred, but said he would be seeking advice as to any extra measures that may be required.
"I understand that the community must have confidence in the security of our corrective facilities, and while incidents like these are rare, I will work with ACT Corrections to ensure that the detainees, and the AMC, are secure," he said shortly after the escape.
