Emergency crews were called to the single-car crash on a service road outside the college on Jerrabomberra Avenue about 7.30am.

The car had collided with a give way sign and a street light.
Firefighters managed to extricate the man from the wreckage and paramedics stabilised him at the scene.
The man was taken to Canberra Hospital in a serious condition.
Eastbound traffic on Goyder Street was temporarily blocked due to the crash.
