Work has restarted on the NewActon Nishi residential tower and developers are confident residents will be able to move in by the end of the year.

Construction on the development stopped in early March when builders Ply (ACT) went into voluntary administration.
Molonglo Group director Johnathan Efkarpidis said workers had been back on site at the apartments since the start of June.
He said work had only stopped for a short time on the 99-room Hotel Hotel, which would take up the first two levels of the tower.
Mr Efkarpidis said the original completion date of March/April had been pushed back to November following the delay.
He said residents would be able to begin moving into the development by Christmas.
All buyers into the project were sent a letter from the Molonglo Group's solicitors last week informing them of the new timeline.
The letter, provided to The Canberra Times by a buyer, says the units plan registration date has been formally extended from July 31 2013 to April 30, 2014.
“Despite this formal extension … we advise that our client has now engaged a new builder and construction team and at this stage are comfortable that the residential building will be completed late this year with the unit plans approval and registration process to follow after that,” it said.
“Our client is very keen to ensure that units are completed and available for occupation before Christmas this year.”
Molonglo sales and marketing director Phill Rushby said there were 24 apartments out of 220 still available, including seven one-bedroom units.
He said there was quite a diverse range of buyers into the project including single professionals, elderly downsizers and families.
Mr Rushby said this would help create a cohesive and engaged community within the precinct.
The reconstruction of the NewActon heritage building, which was destroyed by fire in 2011, is also well underway.
Molonglo development manager Andrew Cox said the site, which would be home to Parlour Wine Room, a cafe run by A. Baker, and office space, should open in mid-August.
Mr Cox said several changes had been made to the layout during the rebuild to take into account new regulations so patrons would notice several differences.
The commercial building in the $550 million Nishi development was completed late last year.
