Emir Ajetovic, 21, Aldin Kahric and Ermin Mehic, both 24, appeared in the ACT Magistrates Court this afternoon charged with assaulting the man, causing him actual bodily harm.
Bail was not opposed and Magistrate Grant Lalor agreed to release the trio, provided they stay out of CBD limits after dark.
Police allege the three men attacked a manager at the Quick and Go convenience store on the corner of Northbourne Avenue and Alinga streets about 1.50am Saturday.
Officers arrived at the location and arrested the three men on City Walk a short time later.
The court heard today that Ajetovic, Kahric and Mehic all worked for the same construction company.
They have signed a bail undertaking requiring them to report to police once a week and stay away from their alleged victim.
The prosecution has elected for the matters to be resolved in the Magistrates Court jurisdiction.
The three men entered no pleas, and are due back in court in October.
