The office of the Director of Public Prosecutions sought an adjournment yesterday, giving police more time to prepare the brief of evidence against the 38-year-old.
Investigators are intending to analyse CCTV footage from the club in relation to the alleged incident, the ACT Magistrates Court heard.
According to a statement of facts handed up in court, the complainants, who were both 18 at the time, were at the club in the early hours of the morning.
Police allege they approached the bar and asked about the price of a vodka and pineapple drink.
Rao allegedly told them it was $10 but added, ''Give me a blow job instead of paying.''
It is alleged he then grabbed one of the two on the breast and kissed her on the left cheek.
The young woman felt uncomfortable but shrugged off the incident and went to dance, according to the document.
Shortly afterwards Rao was speaking to one of the pair near the bar area when he allegedly placed his hand down the other's top, squeezed her breast and made a lewd comment.
Police say the pair went to leave but before they could the defendant placed his hand between one woman's legs.
''This has startled and disgusted [the complainant] and she jumped back away from the defendant,'' the document states.
The two women left the club and reported the alleged incident to police.
Rao's lawyer, Kamy Saeedi, indicated on the first court appearance in October his client would fight the charges. He remains on police bail, and is due to face court in February.
