A 90-year-old woman allegedly caught driving while more than four times over the legal limit has been given a good behaviour bond and disqualified from driving for 12 months.

Beryl Jean Lavis was convicted at Moruya Local Court today of failing or refusing to undergo a breath test.
Ms Lavis, who pleaded guilty to the charge, will appeal against the severity of the sentence at the Bega District Court next year.
A charge of drink-driving was withdrawn.
Police said Ms Lavis was pulled over for a breath test on the Princes Highway at Batemans Bay on the NSW south coast on September 16.
She had difficulty pulling her car over and almost hit two officers, police said.
She allegedly returned a reading of .23 at the roadside and, when she was taken to the nearest police station for a more comprehensive test, police claim she failed to provide an adequate sample.
Her arrest made headlines.
Magistrate Chris Bone placed Ms Lavis on a good behaviour bond for nine months and her licence was disqualified for 12 months.
