According to reports, Richards called Sheen offering to care for the 2-year-old twins, Max and Bob, while Sheen continues to tour around the US with his stage show, My Violent Torpedo of Truth: Defeat is Not an Option.
Richards, who has two daughters with the ex-Two and a Half Men star, reached out to her ex-husband after she saw a video of his most recent ex, Brooke Mueller, trying to sell a watch and stereo at a thrift store in Los Angeles.
Sheen declined her offer, returning to LA to appear in court hoping to gain full custody of the boys. He will make a personal appeal to the judge arguing that Mueller is unfit to care for the children.
Is it not known if Mueller will make an appearance since being sent back to rehab for refusing a court ordered drug test last week.
