Weather conditions have played havoc with schedules at Canberra Airport, as fog forced the cancellation of flights into the capital.

Multiple inbound and outbound flights have also been delayed, some by more than an hour.

The foggy conditions led to Qantas cancelling a flight from Sydney that was set to arrive in Canberra just after 7am.
Seven other arrival flights into the capital were delayed on Friday.
One Qantas flight from Sydney, which was set to arrive at 9.05am, was estimated to be delayed by one hour and 20 minutes.
Inbound Virgin flights have also been delayed, however, international flights appear to be running on schedule.
Three departing flights were also delayed from Canberra, including two Qantas and one Fly Pelican service.
Some passengers said on social media they were waiting on the tarmac for more than hour due to the fog.
Flights scheduled for later in the morning and throughout the rest of the day have been scheduled to run on time.
Passengers are advised to check with their airline to check for new flight times or to see if their flight had been cancelled.
The foggy conditions come as Canberra experienced its coldest morning for the year so far.
Weather stations at Canberra Airport recorded a low of minus 4.9 overnight.
The low temperatures are expected to continue for the next few days, with a positive minimum temperature not forecast for the area until Monday.
The Bureau of Meteorology has said fog is not forecast for the next few days.
