All day parking in National Capital Authority car parks will cost $14.50 a day, up from $14, while the hourly rate will increase by 20 cents an hour to $3.10.
The increase of nearly 3.6 per cent is above the current inflation rate of 1.3 per cent.
"This change will bring fees on national land into alignment with the current market rates of nearby car parks, including ACT government car parks," the authority said.
The authority said it was investigating upgrades to pay parking technology, and continued to improve car parking on national land by building a new car park at Russell, road resurfacing and repairs.
The increase is smaller than the last year's price jump, which saw all-day parking prices increase by 16.6 per cent from $12 to $14.
Parking fees in ACT government car parks will also increase at the start of the financial year, with prices set to rise by 2.5 per cent on July 1.
