The Nationals will hunt for a place in the Waratah League semi-finals when they take on the Sutherland Sharks in a quarter-final at Belconnen Stadium on Saturday.
Froling says the team is riding a wave of confidence with the home court advantage but the rising Canberra Capitals WNBL star believes taking the Sharks lightly would be a mistake.
"It's good to know that we play well on the home floor and it gives us a lot of confidence," Froling said.
"We know Sutherland are a very good team and we don't want to go out there and get ahead of ourselves, we are ready for a challenge."
Froling is coming off a commanding 41 points and 17 rebound performance last week having averaged almost 26 points per game this season.
But she says defence is the biggest key.
"I think the biggest focus for us this weekend is on the defensive end because we can be so good defensively and if we can do that and stop them scoring, then it will be easy for us," Froling said.
"Hopefully we can defensively start well but also finish well to get the win."
