Keesha Kapea can't help but laugh about walking out the front door without her boots on grand final day.

But the fact they had fallen off her bag before she left home was anything but a bad omen for the West Belconnen Warriors.
A five-minute blitz helped the Warriors to their third consecutive CRRL League Tag premiership at Seiffert Oval on Sunday.
The Warriors scored twice in the opening five minutes and it proved to be all they needed in a thrilling 8-6 win over the Goulburn Bulldogs.
It marks the third time in as many years these two sides have played off for silverware - and each time Goulburn have left with broken hearts.
"It's incredible. It's the same feeling every single time. It just gets better every time," Kapea said.
"It's great [to win with my sister Kahurangi]. It's been three times now with her. I love seeing her improve every single time.

"It's the same with our team, it just gets better and the quality gets higher every year."
Courtney Watt and Jessica Goss crossed early and the fact neither try was converted mattered little.
Goulburn struck back through Amy Day but any hopes of handing West Belconnen their second defeat in their three year stint in the competition came undone as they failed to strike the final blow.
"We were watching the seconds for the last three minutes until we could get down to that final second," Kapea said.
"We always knew Goulburn was a team that plays right down to the last minute. We knew it was going to be a tough game and that second half really scared us.
"I think we all felt a bit sick knowing that at any point they could get in front. We just had to stay calm, play our own game and defend hard."
West Belconnen's triumph came a day after the Yass Magpies toppled the Valley Dragons 18-8 to claim the Katrina Fanning Shield at Canberra Stadium.
