Hosking spent the past three seasons riding for Italian team Ale Cipollini, but will join the North American outfit for 2020.
The 29-year-old will not only look to add to her impressive resume of sprint wins, but also develop the next generation of sprinters.
"I'm ready to challenge myself not just from a physical perspective, but also a mental and social one," Hosking said.
"I will have an important role in developing some of the best North American talent and I'm looking forward to helping Rally UHC Cycling make that next step as a team."
