Federal Indigenous Affairs Minister Ken Wyatt did not address issues of bullying and poor procedural practice in his office, a former staffer alleges.

His ex-chief of staff also claims Mr Wyatt, who holds the Liberal seat of Hasluck in Western Australia, sacked her in 2018 after she tried to raise the alarm.
"I can't explain to you how dysfunctional that office was," Kate Johnson told Nine newspapers on Monday.
A spokesman for Mr Wyatt told AAP he would not comment on "internal office or staff matters".
Ms Johnson said the minister has refused to release a confidential report into the bullying allegations.
Ms Johnson said she raised concerns with then-prime minister Malcolm Turnbull but was sacked after Mr Wyatt found out.
She also claims Mr Wyatt had "defection talks" with Labor and threatened to trigger a by-election when approached by Mr Turnbull's office.
"Seriously, like it's just crazy," Ms Johnson said.
She also alleged a former senior advisor to Mr Wyatt told staff to bury information on aged care complaints when he was overseeing the portfolio.
Ms Johnson was Mr Wyatt's fourth chief of staff in three years and only lasted five weeks in the role.
