Taking a look at how the Canberra Raiders have fared over the past 10 years as we head into the 2020s, Raiders fans can rightly be confident as the return of the Jedi gives them a new hope that premiership No.4 is just around the corner.

But there was some real, live action sport happening on Sunday. And there were mixed results for Canberra teams.
Canberra Capitals bounced back from a heartbreaking overtime loss to Adelaide in the grand final rematch to thrash the Lynx in Perth on Sunday. Not a bad way to head into the New Year at all.
Canberra Cavalry blew a chance to sweep Geelong-Korea after coughing up a two-run lead late on. Closer Steve Kent was ejected for vehemently arguing over his strike zone, which didn't help matters as the hosts walked it off in the bottom of the ninth.
