Eastwood's had taken a step back from its usual business to make way for World Central Kitchen, an international organisation cooking and delivering nutritious meals to firefighters, emergency responders and evacuation centres across the region throughout the bushfire crisis.
Bermagui wasn't the only community to enjoy a visit from the celebrity chefs. The trio enjoyed a schooner at the Cobargo Hotel and Preston and Mehigan also spent the day in Eden, dropping in for surprise visits to Sprout Cafe, the Eden Smokehouse and Broadwater Oysters among others
At the pop-up dinner they spruiked the amazing produce of the entire Bega Valley to their legion of social media followers telling them all to "get down here".
