The league's bosses are yet to clarify why the Raiders can't play at home and what compensation the Raiders will get for not be able to service their members at their temporary Campbelltown "home".
Instead it will be the ACT Brumbies who get to use Canberra Stadium for the first time since the coronavirus lockdown, with Super Rugby set to resume in the capital on July 4.
