But the Canterbury Bulldogs have already pinched the Canberra Raiders' former NSW Cup feeder team Mounties.
The Raiders will contact the NSW Rugby League to help them find a new team to link up with.
It's the end of an eight-year partnership that was formed ahead of the 2012 season.
Raiders boss Don Furner said they would investigate their options for next year.
"We're on the lookout for a partner and we'll start that search soon," Furner said.
