The father and son attended the Batemans Bay Soldiers Club, BIG4 Batemans Bay at Easts Riverside Holiday Park and McDonald's at Albion Park.
A Southern NSW Local Health District (SNSWLHD) spokesperson said the pair, who were asymptomatic at the time, visited the club and subsequently returned a positive test after returning to Sydney on Wednesday, July 15.
Anyone who attended the Soldiers Club between 7pm to 9.30pm on Monday, July 13 or the Easts Riverside Holiday Park from Monday, July 13 and Tuesday, July 14 should come forward for testing, the spokesperson says.
NSW Health spokesperson Jeremy McAnulty announced on Saturday the pair had also eaten at McDonald's on July 15, between 2pm to 2.30pm.
Dr McAnulty said anyone who may have come into contact with the pair should self isolate for 14 days and should present themselves for testing should they exhibit any COVID-19 symptoms.
"Investigations are underway; NSW Health is in the process of contact-tracing patrons who dined at the Batemans Bay Soldiers Club between 7pm to 9.30pm on Monday," the spokesperson said.
"NSW Health is also contract tracing casual contacts of the pair while they were staying at the BIG4 Batemans Bay East Caravan Park, Wharf Rd, North Batemans Bay on Monday and Tuesday.
"While others in the community must watch for respiratory symptoms or fever, and if they occur, isolate and get tested for COVID-19 right away."

To ensure people can get tested quickly, SNSWLHD has arranged a COVID-19 Pop-up clinic at the Hanging Rock Oval Car Park (near the function centre) on Beach Road, Batemans Bay.
The clinic will be open from 9am to 2pm on Saturday , July 18, Sunday 19 and Monday, July, 20.

NSW Health's daily COVID-19 update is available here.
SNSWLHD said it was essential to take the risk of transmission very seriously and take steps to protect ourselves and loved ones:
- If you have even mild symptoms, a cold or cough, get tested and stay home until you're cleared.
- Keep your distance from others at all times even if you are well.
- If you have been in Victoria, don't mix with other people until two weeks has passed.
SNSWLHD urged anyone who feels unwell - even with the mildest of symptoms such as a runny nose or scratchy throat - to self-isolate and seek COVID-19 testing, so cases in the community are identified as quickly as possible.
The need for scheduled appointments across many of the district's COVID-19 testing sites has been removed.
Callers to the SNSWLHD 1800 999 880 COVID line will be provided with information on testing eligibility and clinic times and locations.
These sites include Goulburn Base Hospital, Queanbeyan District Hospital, Eurobodalla Health Service (Moruya), South East Regional Hospital, Cooma District Hospital, Jindabyne Clinic and Yass District Hospital.

"It remains essential that everyone maintains social distancing and good hygiene to minimise the risk of spread between people," the spokesperson said.
"People can unwittingly pass it to others if they are incubating the infection or have very mild symptoms, so we all need to be very careful and practise hand hygiene and maintain social distancing by keeping at least 1.5m away from other people."
