The writers' festival will present Mary Trump in conversation with ABC's Fran Kelly on Friday, August 14 at 7.45am at the National Press Club.
This will be her only Australian-based writers' festival appearance, as she links in from New York City.
Her book Too Much and Never Enough: How My Family Created the World's Most Dangerous Man shines a light on the history of her family and the political rise of her uncle, US President Donald Trump.
The book has received international acclaim, reaching the top of Amazon's best-seller list and breaking a sales record for publisher Simon & Schuster.
