Almost 61,150 tests have been conducted since the beginning of the pandemic as the territory entered its 33rd day without a new infection.
There have been 113 cases so far, including 110 people who have recovered and three deaths.
Across the border, residents remain in a state of high alert as NSW reported another 18 cases.
One of those was linked to the Batemans Bay Soldiers Club cluster which now stands at 11.
The case had been declared by the Southern NSW Local Health District on Tuesday alongside two confirmed cases in Batemans Bay students.
NSW Premier Gladys Berejiklian on Wednesday warned harsher restrictions would be implemented if more people didn't wear face masks.
