Sparks are flying ahead of a showdown between two undefeated fighters as Jarvis [17-0] prepares to face Mark Schleibs [12-0] in Canberra next month.
The pair will headline a National Boxing Series event at EPIC's Coorong Pavilion with the IBF Intercontinental and WBC Diamond featherweight titles up for grabs on December 11.
But Fenech is willing to put more on the line when Jarvis steps into the ring, stepping up to rival trainer Sam Brizzi with an offer of five times the purse, winner takes all, at Tuesday's event launch.
Fenech fired up at the Schleibs camp, saying one of their own had been throwing barbs at he and Jarvis on social media to stoke the fire ahead of the featherweight bout.

Brizzi brushed the offer ahead of a bout he says his camp has been calling for for three years - a claim Fenech laughed off, saying he hadn't heard of Schleibs until three months ago.
Now he expects Jarvis to use his fists to make his own statement after online comments from Schleibs' "friend" left Fenech fuming.
"These kids get online and say shit like 'Jarvis you bitch'. If he was here I'd knock him out, I'd knock him straight out," Fenech told The Canberra Times.
"Calling me a 'bitch' and stuff like that, you're not going to do that shit, not to me. You call me a bitch, I'm going to punch you in the face. I don't like that stuff.
"Brock lets his fists do the talking. It's all good, they're selling a fight. Boxing is going to sell the fight.

"If he wants to take the bet, I'll take it 100 to 20, no problem. After the fight they're going to say he was too big, he made a mistake. They'll have every excuse in the world.
"In [Jarvis'] last fight he went the distance with a guy [Ernesto Saulong] who went the distance with a world champion. A couple of fights prior to that, he fought a guy who got knocked out by a world champion in seven rounds, Brock knocked him out in two rounds.
"His preparation and his progress has just been what I wanted. He's getting better and better."
When Fenech says Jarvis will let his fists do the talking, he isn't far from the mark.
The 23-year-old would rather talk about the "unbelievable" opportunity to headline a show on Fox Sports, and the chance a win can propel him further on the road to a world title shot.

"I'm not worried about what they've done or anything, I'm happy to have this opportunity and I'm going to make the most of it," Jarvis said.
"I'm very lucky and I want to make the most of it. I feel great, I'm really looking forward to it."
Yet standing in his way is a hungry Victorian who is determined to give his home state something else to cheer about having endured a hellacious lockdown period due to COVID-19.
Schleibs has relocated to Canberra for the final stages of his fight camp, training out of the Stockade Training Centre with a raft of sparring partners lined up to mimic Jarvis' size and style.
"Obviously it's going to do me wonders in the Australian domestic scene," Schleibs said when asked what a win could so for his career.
"They've got big wraps on him, but I feel like I am going to dominate each and every round. I'm the better fighter all round, and it will be no surprise to me when I stop him but I think it will be a big surprise and a big shock to most boxing fans in Australia.
"The last two and a half weeks will be here. We've got good sparring lined up, they're all bigger guys which is great preparation for Brock, obviously being taller than me.
"We'll soon see who has got the bigger heart of the night."
