Daniel Sams back, Ben Dwarshuis unlikely to play in Sydney Big Bash derby at Manuka Oval

Thunder livewire Daniel Sams has been cleared to play in Wednesday's Sydney derby at Manuka Oval, although the Sixers are still likely to be without speedster Ben Dwarshuis.
