But the NRL are investigating him for what he allegedly said on the Canberra Stadium sideline during the Raiders' heartbreaking loss to the New Zealand Warriors on Saturday.
The governing body will continue to look into the matter on Monday after a complaint was filed in the ground manager's report.
Stuart allegedly swore in regards to referee Henry Perenara.
Perenara was in charge of the officials who allowed Ben Murdoch-Masila's try to stand despite a clear Kodi Nikorima forward pass in the lead-up.
The Raiders only lost by three points, giving up the lead with just two minutes remaining.
Stuart only answered one question in the press conference before walking out because he feared activating a suspended fine.
The Canberra mentor has a $10,000 fine hanging over his head after he threw a water bottle last year when Jack Wighton was sin-binned in round 19 - also against the Warriors.
Stuart didn't return The Canberra Times' calls on Sunday.
