The prime lamb property was sold by Ian and Kay O'Connell who are downsizing to a property close to the coast.
Mr O'Connell is a highly regarded working dog trainer.
The property was bought by well known Cavendish local Tony Astbury.
Mr Dufty said the country was located in the tightly held district of Strathkellar.
He said it was ideal for a number of pursuits including the production of prime lambs, cattle and cropping.
