"We could sit here and talk about them," ACT Brumbies scrumhalf Nic White says, but what about his side's finals homecoming?

What about the chance to win a place in the Super Rugby AU grand final in front of the Brumbies' home fans at Canberra Stadium, with no crowd restrictions?
"It's a bloody semi-final," the excitable 30-year-old said. It's the kind of week the Brumbies veteran knows doesn't come around all the time.
It's why White wants his teammates to embrace the moment when they face the Western Force in Super Rugby AU's sudden-death qualifying final on Saturday.
"You want to enjoy the hype, some people play a career and not play a semi-final or a final," White said.

"So enjoy the hype but at the same time you've got to have that narrow focus on what your job is and do it well, knowing doing that job well is what got us to this point.
"There's a fair bit of experience around these bigger games now within the squad that can handle it, and we toe that balance pretty well."
Brumbies coach Dan McKellar is preparing to unveil his squad on Wednesday afternoon.
But look around the field at Brumbies headquarters on Tuesday afternoon and one gets the sense the occasion certainly isn't getting the better of the squad.
Darcy Swain and Archer Holz are cruising around in a buggy after training, loading it up with agility poles and tackle bags while a handful of teammates attempt drop goals from the sideline.
Among the most vocal is White, who was here a decade ago when the Brumbies ran 13th. When success did come he had some veterans teaching him the message he is passing on today.
"I remember in 2013, I was quite young and playing in a final," White said.
"I remember Stephen Moore standing up, and with however many Test caps he had, he goes 'boys, I've never played in a final before this year'. Some guys really do go a long time without playing it.
"There has been some early success here for a lot of younger guys, and there are guys like Slips [Brumbies loosehead prop James Slipper] who have played in a lot of these big games.
"A lot of these young guys probably don't know how hard it was for some, because they're pretty young and getting early success, but they understand where the club has come from, its rich history.
"It certainly had a lull there for a couple of years and I know how tough those years can be.
"I certainly made my voice pretty well heard [at training], I was pretty bloody pumped off the back of a bye but also because finals footy is finals footy, it's unreal."
The Brumbies enter Saturday night's showdown chasing their second consecutive Super Rugby AU title, one they hope sets them up for a charge at the Trans-Tasman championship.
Their opponents are preparing for their first Super Rugby finals appearance in the club's 15-year history.
Force players Ian Prior, Kyle Godwin, Toni Pulu, Sitaleki Timani, Tevita Kuridrani and Tomas Cubelli have all worn Brumbies colours in the past, and the latter will be White's opposite man this week.
"He's a threat around that breakdown, a running threat, he's extremely strong, fairly unpredictable," White said.
"You've just got to be on your toes there, understanding he is a huge threat and when they get quick ball, which is quite often, that we can't be forgetting about him and expecting him to just pass the ball.
"Because these guys have been here, we play each other a lot and understand the threats, but knowing them and actually dealing with them are two very different things.
"It's all ahead of us there and we're excited for the challenge."
