'Karinya', at Jamberoo on NSW's South Coast, is a 1000sqm lifestyle residence on 60 acres.
The address of the one-level, resort-style estate is only available by request.
Selling agent, Michael Cawthorn from DiJones Bowral said the property was attracting plenty of interest.
"A lot of Eastern Suburbs people are finding it good value, because you wouldn't build it for the money (it's priced at), with all the infrastructure, solar panels, water tanks and all the rest," he said.
"It would probably cost you $9 million, $10 million to build it in its current form."
He said the helicopter landing pad option was among its unique features.
"They've had a few weddings there for family members, so they've had helicopters arrive for that," he said.
"The bride arrived in the helicopter on the front lawn.
"The beauty is, if you're a Sydney executive, you could fly from Macquarie Street, for example, straight down to your house and land on your lawn.
"It's got the space - it's level, it's open."
IN OTHER NEWS:
Joe and Angela Pellegrino have owned the property for 38 years, and the home in its current format was built 20 years ago.
"I love everything about it - we've had wonderful memories here," Mrs Pellegrino said.
"It was built mainly for a family home. The idea was to build one wing for my parents, one wing for the kids to come and stay, and then the middle part was for us."
"It's the ultimate destination - it's heaven on earth," Mr Pellegrino said.
The multi-functional residence was designed in a 'U' shape, and features three separate wings.
The interior spaces comprise seven bedrooms plus study, six living rooms, a home theatre for 30 seats, and two staircases leading down to the under-building garaging for between eight to 12 cars, or for the car enthusiast, potentially 22 cars (by installing dual car stackers).
The wings include a separate two-bedroom, self-contained apartment.
Other features include north-west facing views of the escarpment; wine cellar; outdoor pizza oven and entertaining terraces; enclosed organic produce garden, with orchard; 60 solar panels; and saltwater swimming pool.
It's for sale via Expressions of Interest, closing May 26.
Viewing is strictly by pre-booked appointment.
Mrs Pellegrino said the retirees were selling in order to downsize.
"(The property) is open to many options," she told the Mercury.
"It could be a big family, it could be used as an Airbnb, it could be used for corporate functions.
"It's a very emotional time - if it wasn't for our age, I would stay here forever."
