* Mandatory masks indoors for people aged 12 and over.
* Schools and workplaces to stay open, as will shops, cafes, restaurants and pubs.
* No changes to current density limits.
* People from Greater Melbourne can travel to regional Victoria, but their restrictions travel with them.
* Hospital and aged care visitor restrictions to apply across Victoria.
* Public Health Advisory Panel to decide whether events such as AFL games and the RISING festival can go ahead as planned.
* Ticket sales for round 11 and 12 AFL games suspended ahead of the panel's advice.
TRAVEL RESTRICTIONS
WESTERN AUSTRALIA:
* From 6pm on Tuesday, all arrivals from Victoria required to get tested within 48 hours and isolate until they return a negative result.
* Arrivals who have visited exposure sites must self-isolate for 14 days and get tested on day two and 11.
* Air arrivals must continue wearing a mask when leaving the airport and cannot use public transport .
* The same rules apply to Victorian land arrivals upon entry.
QUEENSLAND:
* City of Whittlesea local government area listed as a COVID-19 hotspot.
* From 1am Wednesday, anyone arriving into Queensland who has been in Whittlesea LGA since May 11 must enter hotel quarantine unless granted an exemption.
* From 1am Thursday, non-resident arrivals who have been in Whittlesea LGA since May 11 will be turned away. Queensland residents or those with an exemption to go into hotel quarantine.
TASMANIA:
* City of Whittlesea LGA designated high-risk area from 12.01am on Wednesday.
* Anyone now in Tasmania who was in the City of Whittlesea on or after May 6 should self-isolate until they obtain a negative test.
* Anyone intending to travel to Tasmania who has been to an exposure site cannot enter the state, without an exemption. They must quarantine for 14 days.
SOUTH AUSTRALIA:
* Any Victorian arrivals before May 24 at 8.25pm who have visited an exposure site must get tested multiple times, quarantine for 14 days and wear a face mask.
* After 8.25pm on May 24, anyone who has visited an exposure site cannot enter SA.
* "Zone B" arrivals from the City of Whittlesea from May 6 to May 24 at 8.25pm must be tested and isolate until they have a negative result. They must also get tested on days five and 13 after their arrival.
ACT:
* Anyone in Canberra who has been in Melbourne within the past 14 days must complete an online declaration form by 6pm Tuesday.
* Greater Melbourne arrivals in the fortnight up to May 24 who have been to an exposure site must get tested and quarantine for 14 days.
* Non-ACT residents who have been to an exposure site cannot enter the ACT without an approved exemption.
NSW:
* Any Greater Melbourne arrivals must fill out a travel declaration form.
* Restrictions on arrivals who have been in the City of Whittlesea.
* Any arrival from May 10 who has attended an exposure site at a time listed must contact NSW Health immediately.
NORTHERN TERRITORY:
* Testing and quarantine rules apply, depending on when travellers arrived from Victoria and which exposure sites they visited.
NEW ZEALAND:
* Three-day suspension of the travel bubble to take effect from 8pm NZST tonight.
