Corporate vaccination bookings could be about to join the ranks of Zoom morning meetings, and familiar exchanges about unproductive weekends locked down.

A Canberra pharmacy is offering "exclusive corporate bookings" for vaccination as businesses reckon with the pressing need for a vaccinated workforce.
Matt Develin, who owns a number of pharmacies across Canberra, said he had received a couple of inquiries for the service and at the weekend had overseen vaccination of a group of 15 workers.
Mr Develin received a call from Gzim Zeneli, director at roofing contractor MRP Group, who wanted a bulk appointment for himself and 14 members of his team.
"[We] would normally close in the afternoon. I reopened the store, got them all in, did them all in one go," Mr Develin said.
"They were in and out in an hour-and-a-half or something like that."
The group bookings will offer AstraZeneca, which was rolled out to pharmacies to administer to anyone aged 18 and over in the ACT last week.

Mr Zeneli said he was moved to make the booking "because of the news and the media saying that ... to be allowed to work on job sites and stuff, they want everyone to be vaccinated".
"I just thought I'd just act on it pretty quickly and get it done," he said.
He said a few workers were "a bit hesitant" about vaccination, but he spoke to them and the pharmacists were able to provide information to inform their decision.
"Once we walked into the pharmacist and they explained to us it just made us feel a lot better," he said.
"The way they were communicating to us and in, you know, with with the paperwork they gave us and it just made us feel comfortable.
On Thursday a drive-through vaccination clinic was opened in Fyshwick by the Fyshwick Business Association and Kenolta Medical Centre.
"Right now, the best vaccination is the one you can get soonest, and that's why we've taken this initiative to help get all our Fyshwick enterprises back in business again," Fyshwick Business Association president Rob Evans said.
