A Canberra man armed with a knife robbed the same pharmacy two weekends in a row, escaping on a bicycle each time, police say.

ACT Policing said the a man armed with a knife went into an Amaroo pharmacy and demanded medication, about 7.20pm on Sunday, August 1.
The same thing happened again about 11.10am on Saturday, August 7.
"Staff complied, and the man again departed on a bicycle," they said in a statement on Friday.
They said they searched an Amaroo home on Thurdsay, and arrested a 26-year-old man.
"He was charged with two counts of aggravated robbery and one charge of failing to comply with a health direction," they said.
He was scheduled to appear in the ACT Magistrates Court on Friday.
