A teenager is set to stand trial after pleading not guilty to being an accessory after the fact to murder following the fatal stabbing of a man at the Weston skate park last September.

The accused fronted the ACT Magistrates Court on Thursday when his lawyer formally entered the plea on his behalf.
He is one of nine people, including five children, charged in relation to the incident during a brawl.
The accused in court today is older than 18 years, but his identity has been suppressed after prosecutors argued successfully that publishing his name could place him in danger and expose him to harassment on social media.

The accused's lawyer applied to waive committal proceedings and commit him to the ACT Supreme Court.
The prosecution did not oppose the application and Magistrate Robert Cook granted it.
The accused remains on bail with a condition to notify the court of any address changes.
He will face court again on September 7.
