More than 92 per cent of adults in NSW have received a first dose of COVID-19, NSW Health confirmed on Monday.
There were 266 fresh infections detected in the 24 hours to 8pm on Sunday, including one overseas arrival.
That's down from 301 COVID cases the day before, and as the state begins to enjoy new freedoms.

Hospital numbers have passed 600, with 606 patients requiring treatment within the system.
Of those, 132 are in intensive care across NSW.
80.3 per cent of the population aged 16 or older has received two doses of a vaccine.
While cases are dropping, police closed a hotel in the Hunter region for repeated breaches.
A more detailed breakdown of the fresh cases, including by health district, is expected about 11am.
