A masseur accused of raping two women at a traditional Chinese medicine clinic has been barred from attending the workplace and working in the industry as part of numerous bail conditions.

Weiqing Liu, 32, appeared via video link in the ACT Magistrates Court on Friday charged with two counts of sexual intercourse without consent related to separate alleged incidents in February 2020 and on October 15 this year.
He is also accused of being reckless as to whether the women consented and has not pleaded to the charges.
In a statement, ACT Policing said detectives from sexual assault and child abuse investigations team allege that the man assaulted the two women while he was providing massage services at the clinic in Phillip.
In court, duty defence lawyer Georgia Le Couteur applied for bail on his behalf and the prosecution did not oppose.
Magistrate Beth Campbell granted him bail with a number of conditions.
These included the defendant not to assault, harass, threaten and intimidate; contact the complainants by any means directly or indirectly; and, be within 100m of either of the complainants.

They also include him not to be within 100m of the any of the Capital Health Centre of Traditional Chinese Medicine sites.
He must also surrender all passports by next Monday, avoid contacting current and former clients and not approach any international points of departure.
Liu, who was helped by an interpreter in court, is scheduled to front court again on November 12.
The maximum penalty for sexual intercourse without consent is 12 years imprisonment.
