We should always add wonder into our lives

Rhyming is not easy. Poets know that. I am asking quite a bit of you today.

Of course, you don't have to include rhymes. It's your song, isn't it?

I expect you will be tempted to go for cheap rhymes. That is OK.

Alternatively, you can put personal meaning in the lyrics you write. Do you have a streak of curiosity in you, remaining from childhood?

Copernicus wondered about all the moving objects in the sky. He concluded the Earth goes round the sun, not vice versa.

Anton van Leeuwenhoek wondered what might be in pond water. He made a powerful lens to look. He saw tiny living things everywhere!

I just read a book about Picasso. He wondered about shapes and perspectives. Then he created a new style of painting, cubism.

Have you written your lyrics? Are they good? Are you like Bernie Taupin for Elton John? "Blue-jean baby. L.A. lady. Seamstress for the band. Pretty-eyes. Pirate smile. You'll marry a music man."

Once you write your song, sing it. Maybe you know someone who will play an instrument to provide the music. Maybe you will have to keep the music in your head. If you have a voice like mine, sing when no one else is present.

Don't stop wondering once you finish singing your song. Each day wonder about something else. Even if you can't find a rhyme for it.
