Police nabbed a 43-year-old woman, who allegedly returned a breath test reading of 0.25, while officers were conducting routine checks on Warrandyte Rd in Langwarrin at 12.40am on Sunday.
The driver's licence was immediately suspended and her vehicle impounded for 30 days.
She is expected to be charged with drink driving and other traffic-related offences.
