Five goals last round was not enough it seemed, so Demant went one better and kicked six during Eastlake's 70-point triumph over the Gungahlin Jets in their 11.10 (76) to 1.0 (6) win.
From the Demons' first goal off the boot of Demant, they could not be stopped. She kicked her second, and Kate Greenacre was next to score in the first quarter.
Eastlake coach Jackson Nugent was pleased with his side's round-three performance.
"They're starting to build really well after a big preseason," he said.
"I'm really happy with what we're implementing at the moment, but we've got three big rounds ahead of us. So, we'll see after five or six rounds where we sit."
Gungahlin's Samantha Rubino opened the scoring in the second quarter. Her goal proved her side's only points of the match to make it 21-6.
The Demons soon responded through Demant's third of the game, and silenced the Jets for the remainder of the match.
Julie Stabler was next. Abby Thompson's kick from the edge of the 50m arc found the hands of the defender-turned-forward in the goal square. She made no mistake and extended the home side's lead further to 33-6.
Stabler soon scored her second for the match minutes later.
"She's normally in the backline. She did really well, presented really well, and was leading there with a few goals to her name," Nugent said.
"It's a good confidence boost, but it's early in the season. So I think a lot of teams are still finding what their best 20 looks like."

The Jets kept the Demons goalless for the majority of the third quarter until Cecilia Maher kicked her side's seventh.
The floodgates reopened and Demant scored her fourth, and then her fifth, before Emily Honeyman booted her first. Then it was back to the Demant show with her sixth to round out Eastlake's second win of the season.
