Strike Force Northrop was established in September 2017 to investigate the supply of cocaine across Sydney.
Police say officers arrested dealers on eight nights in a sting operating during the past three weeks, raiding homes at Kellyville, Narwee, Newtown, Ramsgate, Surry Hills, Woolloomooloo and Zetland.
Officers seized more than 630g of cocaine, 192g of cannabis and 1.2 kilos of cannabis gummies, 61g of MDMA, 19g of ketamine, 11g of heroin, 14g of psilocybin mushrooms, LSD tabs and $255,635 in cash.
The seized drugs have an estimated potential street value of more than $280,000.
Investigators charged 101 people with drug supply, while 82 were charged with drug possession.
A further three people were charged with dealing with proceeds of crime, while another was charged in relation to an alleged domestic violence-related incident.
