CCTV has captured the terrifying moment a vehicle with a four-month-old baby inside was allegedly carjacked from a shopping centre car park.

A mother was packing the boot of her car about midday on April 19 in Yeppoon, central Queensland.
In the footage released by police, a woman is seen approaching the front of the vehicle, out of sight of the mother.
The woman opens the passenger door, climbs over to the driver's seat and speeds off.
The mother realises at the last moment and rushes towards the driver's side of the car.

According to police, the woman driving the car realised a child was inside and drove back to the car park before telling the mother to remove her baby.
The woman then drove off in the grey Nissan Patrol, allegedly crashing into two people in the car park.
A teenage boy and a woman, 39, were taken to Yeppoon Hospital with leg injuries.
The baby was uninjured.
The woman who allegedly took the car had been seen earlier in the shopping centre with a man.
The car was found about 4pm the same day at Bungundarra, north-west of Yeppoon.
A woman, 24, and a man, 36, have been charged and were denied bail to face court on April 20.
