Police said they found cash, 20 litres of MDMA oil and 12 kilograms of MDMA - two kilograms of which were allegedly hidden in their oven.
Footage of the arrest shows a house nestled in the plush hinterland hills of Currumbin Valley, Queensland with a pool and rolling forest views.
It also shows a shipping container with chemical drums, manufacturing equipment and 20 kilograms of chemicals for producing drugs.
Police said they found evidence the pair intended to expand the alleged drug manufacturing operation and "scale-up" production.
The raid led NSW Police to search homes in Bombo and Surry Hills that allegedly belonged to the men.
Around $81,500 in cash, a money counter, 255 grams of MDMA, chemicals and tools for drug manufacturing were allegedly seized from these houses.

"These labs have the potential to harm both those using them, and innocent neighbours, while putting dangerous drugs into our communities," Detective Inspector Bradley Phelps said.
The father has been charged with one count each of trafficking dangerous drugs, producing dangerous drugs, possessing anything used in a crime, possessing relevant substance and two counts of possessing dangerous drugs.
His son has been charged with the same offences as well as possessing instructions and contravening an order. Both men appeared before the Southport Magistrates Court on August 24.
Police appeal to anyone with information regarding the production and distribution of dangerous drugs to come forward.
